If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at notyourmamascraftmarket@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Subscription envelopes cannot be refunded once they have shipped.
Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled or refunded once purchased.
