By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to any of our products, you agree to the following terms:
1. Orders & Subscriptions
• Monthly subscriptions bill automatically each month until cancelled.
• Gift subscriptions (3-, 6-, and 12-month options) are one-time purchases and do not renew.
• Orders begin with the next available shipping cycle.
• All customers are responsible for entering accurate billing and shipping information at checkout.
2. Shipping
• Subscription envelopes ship on the 15th of each month.
• All other shop orders ship within 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
• USPS delivery times and delays are outside of our control.
3. Cancellations & Changes
• Monthly subscribers may pause, skip, or cancel anytime through their customer portal.
• Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle.
• Gift subscriptions cannot be cancelled once purchased.
4. Returns & Refunds
• Due to the handmade, curated nature of our products, all sales are final.
• Damaged or missing orders must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

5. Digital Items
• Any digital downloads or gift certificates delivered by email may not be shared, duplicated, or redistributed.

• We never sell customer information.
